I’m looking for an affiliate referral program that will drive traffic and sell products on my website. I will offer money for sold products. Is there a known company to do this or should I find a website developer to do this?

I am looking for a way to drive 12,500 highly targeted online income seeker/home business leads to my affiliate website. Knowing the conversion rate of the site is about 2.5%, that number of leads will allow me to reach my income goal. I’d like to learn a way to get this traffic relatively fast and at little to no out of pocket cost to me.

Ok i have a product and a website and people buy my product by clicking a paypal link. I would like to do some kind of affiliate thing where if someone sends traffic to my site and they buy my product i will pay them something like a 40 or 50% commission. But i have no idea how i would even start this. I mean i dont know how it tracks who sent who to my website and how i would even pay these people that sent buyers to me. Help! What do i need to do to get started?
